I advise companies on all legal aspects of their human resources policy and have specific expertise in the employment law aspects of company restructurings (closures, mergers, take-overs, outsourcing, etc.).
After graduating from the KU Leuven, I worked as a fulltime research fellow in social security law at the Institute for Social Law for one year.
Meanwhile, I have been active as a lawyer specialised in employment law for more than fifteen years.
In recent years I have been focusing specifically on advising companies on all employment law aspects of restructurings throughout the whole process (as of the start of the information and consultation of the employee representative bodies to the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement).
